Survey

Surveys have been sent to more than 100 freelancers currently working with similar platforms, and we have got responses from 80% of them. Here are some of the survey results.

Interviews

Based on the survey results, I chose 15 users who have responded to the survey for an in-depth interview. The main targets of these interviews were to find users' main reasons to work as a freelancer, their potential problems, and preferred parts of each platform with working with other platforms. Customer Journey Map

As long as this product has two types of user, I conduct two customer journey map, one for the freelancers or experts, and one for customers.

Problem statement

Everyday there are hundreds of hours wasted on a fact of acquiring the right talent and also for talents to get connected to the right businesses. The world of business is in need of not only freelancers but also professional consultants with very specific specializations. It’s very difficult in current climate for businesses to find the right consultants, and on consultants world, a lot of time and money is wasted on repetition of meet and greet, and no monetary incentive for consultants to talk to businesses. That’s where ReadyMinds comes to play to not only connect businesses and consultants, but also having an incentive for consultants and professionals to make sure their time is not wasted.

Ideation

We wanted to make sure to have an easy way for consultants and businesses to connect to each other through ReadyMinds platform, with low to zero training on how to discover each other. The idea was through our verification process we make sure the integrity of both parties are reserve. At the same time, businesses can find the right consultants with the least amount of time.
